So you may be wondering how our system works so I will outline the process for you.  The hardest part for you is the setup process you can expect to take about 30 min to an hour depending on how you are with a computer and how organized you are with your bills.

After you have setup your account you just have to sit back and let our system do all the work for you.  Have a question?  No problems just call your personal account coordinator.

Here is how it will work for you

Step #1 – The Setup

Ok so you have made the decision to let us take some of that burden off your shoulders and manage your monthly bills.  The setup process is where you need to take some time and let us know what bills we have to pay; this can be done through our online portal or by calling one of our representatives.

1. Gather last statement from all your bills, the easiest way to let us know what bills to pay and when to pay them is to have a copy of your last statement.

2. Give us all payment data, you will either enter the data online, email a copy of your statement to our representative, or you may even call it in if you would like to get to know your representative. 

3. Connect bills to our online system, for this you will need to know all of the User name and password information for all of your electronic accounts.

4. Enter banking information, we will need to know where to pull funds from in order to pay your bills.  It also makes the process much easier if you connect your bank to our system.  This way we can verify all payments have been made.

5. Agree to our terms and conditions, our terms and conditions are easy we just want to make sure you understand how our system works.

 

Step #2 - The Review

Over the years we have discovered many items that will help us be successful, because of this each client will go through a bill review with their very own personal account representative. Here you can ask any question you need to make sure you are successful.

During the review our representatives will make sure that payments and system are setup to best suit your income and needs. We will make sure you understand how the system works and whom you will be dealing with.

After the review we will finalize all terms and we will start your program.

Step #3 – The Process

Our system is built to help you, during the interview process we determined which dates will work best for us to make payments on your behalf.  This will be decided between you and your personal representative. 

Now two days before we send out payments our system will go out and grab data from all of the institutions that have been integrated with our system.  We will then create an email for you and let you know the following.

1. Current Balance on account (assuming account is connected)

2. Minimum payment that will need to be made all accounts

3. Scheduled payment (your scheduled payment may be more if you elect to pay an amount different than Minimum Payment

4. Date payment will be sent

5. Available balance in Payment account (if linked)

6. Notifications,

       a. #1 if your payment is higher than last month’s payment

       b. #2 if you do not have enough funds in your account to cover all payments

7. Total that will be paid – combining all payments

8. You will receive also a summary of everything we have paid YTD on your account.

After you have received this email you need to check to verify that everything that you anticipate to be paid will be paid if you have any discrepancies on amounts to be paid or if funds will not be available it is your responsibility to notify us (note if we cannot access data electronically you will have to notify us of any increase in payment on accounts). If everything is in order as you expect it to be than do nothing we will handle the rest. If it is not in order you can make changes on line or call your representative and they will be able to help you.

Now even though we keep you in the loop all of the time and you have access to view everything online. We still will send you one monthly statement for all of your accounts. Your monthly statement will show all bills paid, that’s mortgages (rent), credit cards, auto loans, student loans, utilities etc. etc. etc.. You will be able to see your current estimated balances, your payments, a year to date summary of all your bills all on one statement.

We will also send you a year end statement with a summary of all payments and other valuable information.

Step #4 – Statements

On the date payments are scheduled to go out we will send out all payments on your behalf you have to do nothing.

The day after payments have been made we will then send you an email summarizing payments that have been made. And the current status of each payment.

For a piece of mind our system queries your creditors and your bank on a nightly basis. What we are checking for is to verify when your creditor posts your payment and when funds clear your bank. As soon as these two things happen we will send you an email confirmation so that you can rest assured that payments have been made.

We are connected with about 95% of the financial institutions in the country so even if for some reason we cannot verify if your payment has been posted to your creditor, i.e. they are your local doctor or a utility or some small business that we are not connected to. We will still be able to verify when funds clear your bank and notify you.
